Clay Mask Review
I received two skincare products from www.irumcosmetics.com/ a pure and organic green clay mask powder and an Argan oil serum. I trialled both, and compared my skin on the bases of appearance and feel.
Here were my results:
I’ve started using this spray as I’ve read about the “glow effect” the mist leaves your skin with after use. Directions: Spray directly on to face and neck after cleansing skin. The product prepares your skin for moisturiser absorption and works best for me when I spray it directly on to open pores ( which I do by using warm water) I then leave my face to air dry ( takes about 1 minute) I didn’t understand what difference hydrated skin did to your face until I used this spray. It feels softer, plumper and radiant. This also helps my foundation smooth on like butter. Great for use in both hot and cool weather conditions. I combine this with an oil free moisturiser, as I have oily skin. This allows my skin to absorb the oil free moisturiser faster, without weighing down my skin. This product would also work well for those with dry skin, who would like to moisturise and protect.

I suffer from Back-acne. Every now and then I like to treat my skin to a mask, not just on my face, but my whole body too! This mask is one of my favourite. It's from the bodyshop, and is a clay mask that firms and tightens your skin, also leaving it really soft afterwards.
Your skin is the largest organ your body has, which is why it's so important you look after it. I've had so many problems with my skin, from back acne to eczema, so finding products that actually work with my complicated skin has been such a struggle.
I'm sharing with you two of my new favourite staple products, (actually recommended to me by my mum) from Declēor 's Aroma collection. Both of products smell gorgeous, and are so soothing and gentle.
After cleansing my skin, I simply apply a few drops of Aroma cleanse to a clean cotton pad, and rub this in circular motions all across my face and neck. This product contains rose water, which is known for reducing any redness your skin may have (including aggravating spots and pimples!). I then finish with the refreshing Aroma Confort hydrating body milk. Lightweight and beautifully scented, giving your face hours of hydration (great for the cool spring months). You can also use this product all over your body, not just your face! Bonus! You can find these products and more over on the Declēor Website: https://www.decleor.co.uk/
The Launch Event (Jason wu X Caudalíe)
If you missed it, you really did miss out! Here are some of the highlights! Jason Wu, world famous fashion designer (Best known for designing for Michelle Obama on various occasions) teamed up with Caudalíe just before LFW, to create some ingenious designs on a variety of their products; which were showcased on the day! Alongside this, we were all treated to facials where we trialled out some of Caudalíe's top products. Talk about pampering!
I love wine, and so I was over the moon when we were treated to sampling some of the wine imported from their French Vineyard - the same vineyard that sources the grapes for Caudalíes products! Following this we received some of Caudalíes amazing products to explore at home ourselves - I've reviewed some of these products below! Take a look!
So I was lucky enough to receive some products from 'Sam's body boutique' - a new skincare brand located in London dedicated to making handmade, natural products, and I must say I am absolutely in Love! From bath bombs to gentle soaps, cleansing with these aromatherapeutic gifts have been an absolute treat!
Although Sam's body boutique's bath bomb is one of my ultimate faves (I love watching them explode in my bath!) I must say my favourite product is their "Lemon Whip". Just like the name, the product is "whipped" to make this fabulous blend - even the texture feels amazing on the skin! It's soft, smooth and smells delicious! Containing the essentials such as Shea butter and olive oil, my skin is soft, moisturised and glowy for hours! Especially great for use on dry textured skin!
Being organic, I would recommend this range for all skincare types. If you want to try some of these to die for goods, be sure to follow @samsbodyboutique on Instagram and grab some of your own over on www.etsy.com/se-en/people/SamsBodyBoutique
See you guys next time <3
So I'm going to spain for a few days, and not without buying a few holiday essentials!
Pictured above (Top Left- Bottom Right) I've bought myself some awesome skincare goodies for the trip, to help me maintain my skin while tackling a foreign climate.
Pictured first is the mineral Peeling Gel (More information featured in my Mini Haul video over on my youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwnhRaE4AqM ) Which is a light exfoliator. I'm using this Gel rather than a normal exfoliator because I have sensitive skin, and with the change of weather, I don't want to put my skin under too much stress!
Next, I have this amazing Fuji Green Tea bath! Although it isn't necessary, I thought I would top off my holiday with some nice aromatherapeutic scents, and also finish off my skin with a soft glow not just provided from the sun, but topped off by the gorgeous smelling Green Tea elements!
The final two products are from the 'Drops of youth' collection by the body shop, aimed at providing your skin with a younger look & feel. I love this because of how gentle it feels on my skin, and both products are amazing to use before bed when winding down after a hot day in the sun!
