These supplements are rich in elements such as: Marine Collagen, Resveratrol, Biotin, Silicon, and Hyaluronic acid to name a few. These ingredients are all essential for the development of new cells, growth and enhancement in the body. Combined within the supplement creates almost a 'super supplement'. 

How these Ingredients work:

Marine Collagen:  or also known as "Fish collagen" is sourced from fish. It is the best type of collagen you can consume due to the fact that fish peptides ( a compound with two or more amino acids linked in a chain) are absorbed 1.5 times faster than collagen sourced from any other animal.  It helps to prevent and improve any signs of skin aging through cell regeneration. Before & After

I decided to take on the challenge of consuming one supplement per day for 10 days and compare to see whether or not there was any improvement to my skin, hair and nails. 

My skin Before (Above) and After (Below) has improved due to the fact that it appears clearer. In such a small space of time my skin also feels softer, particularly the skin on my neck and shoulders which is where i usually am the most sensitive. 

I wear acrylic nails so it was very difficult to be able to measure any growth or changes. 

My hair, feels really soft in comparison to when I first began this journey. My hair has also been retaining moisture a lot more, as I have noticed that I haven't needed to apply serums or moisturisers as frequently.
