Blue checkered joggers I’m writing this article and I’m tucked away on my chaise lounge, wearing my check print blue joggers from Femmeluxe. These trousers put a modern spin on the traditional scottish tartan print that arises every winter. 2020 saw the rise of the ‘nudes’ the beiges and browns that we’ve been stylishly wearing with our minimal accessories, chunky shoes and trench coats. The joggers have three shades of blue, baby blue, navy blue and white making it perfect to wear with almost any trainer you have in your wardrobe that has these colours. Grey made an appearance last year too. We saw grey with many of our tracksuits and influencers splashed grey across their homes. Blue and grey wear so well together, so if you have any left over grey pieces match it with these bottoms! I wore a black tank top, because as mentioned in previous posts these sit so well with joggers, particularly if you wear a bodysuit it gives you the illusion of a smaller waist whilst the joggers fill out your lower half. I think these Femmeluxe joggers also do a great job at being a staple lounger piece, because the print resemble pyjama bottoms. Navy Blue Joggers I was apprehensive about these navy joggers when I first ordered them from Femmeluxe because I was unsure as to how they would look on me, For the first time I decided to order these joggers in a size 8, and that was to simply see if would make a difference to the overall fit. I’ve always had a really weird physique, where I can fit in clothes from sizes 8-12 (This has always been due to the fact I have long legs, a small waist and an overall fairly petite build) even at a push a size 6. SO these joggers actually fit me perfectly, and it has a gorgeous vibe that mixes with camo/utility bottoms and the usual jogger. I actually love the fact that these joggers aren’t oversized, and to accentuate the bottoms even more, the material is a light-fleece material, so they feel even more warm than they look. These are the perfect joggers to wear when you’re chilling on the sofa, or doing your essential shop. I would pair these bottoms again with a white or black tank top and trainers. A puffer jacket, either oversize or fitted would match nicely with this look. Lilac T-shirt Lilac and lavender are slowly becoming one of my new favourite colours. (I cannot abandon pink though) This fun colour makes this t-shirt from Femmeluxe seriously POP, meaning you can colour block and dress up any of your outfits with little to no effort. The T-shirt features a low cut scoop neck, adding a touch of sensuality to the fun vibe. If you have any bright coloured bottoms, jackets, this would work a dream. Wearing white trainers or pieces with your outfits can also fluff up your vibe. You may be wondering why I’m suggesting styling white brighter, whiter colours - since I’m wearing black with this top, which in itself demonstrates how versatile this tee is. A lot of people don’t like wearing brightly coloured clothes because of this illusion that they’re hard to wear. My tip: wear black, grey or white with your outfit.
